The Flexstar Smart Grow Rack is a multilayer vertical grow system engineered for commercial rooms — integrated ventilation, a smart light lifter that raises fixtures up to 1.1m, a rolling chassis running on aluminum ground tracks, and ABS plastic planting trays. The modular frame is upgradeable to the intelligent lifting version and configured to your exact room and crop.
The Smart Grow Rack stacks canopy vertically without giving up access or airflow. Each tier carries its own Flexstar bar lighting, integrated inline fans keep air moving across the canopy, and ABS plastic ebb-and-flow trays handle feed and drainage. The rolling chassis rides on aluminum ground tracks, so a bank of racks closes tight to recover aisle space and opens on demand for planting, IPM, and harvest.
An integrated light lifter raises and lowers the top-tier fixtures up to 1.1 m, keeping fixtures at the optimal height as the crop develops and lifting them clear for canopy work. The frame is modular and upgradeable to Flexstar's intelligent lifting version for automated, repeatable positioning across the whole rack.
Every Smart Grow Rack is dimensioned to the room — tier count, bay width, tray layout, and lighting are configured around your facility's workflow and crop strategy.
