What the BM-1 Is

The TrolMaster BM-1 is a protective housing built specifically for four TrolMaster Hydro-X device stations: the TS-1 and TS-2 Thermostat Stations, the HS-1 Humidistat Station, and the ARS-1 AC Remote Station. Each of those modules sits inside an active grow environment and handles real-time HVAC and humidity control decisions — the last thing you want is water ingress taking a control module offline mid-cycle.

The BM-1 enclosure addresses the two most common water exposure scenarios in a production grow: overhead drip from condensation or irrigation events, and low-pressure spray from humidifiers, misters, or decontamination procedures. The enclosure is designed to keep the electronics sealed during both without restricting access to the module's display and controls.

Any licensed facility running TrolMaster TS-1, TS-2, HS-1, or ARS-1 modules in active canopy zones should treat the BM-1 as a required accessory, not optional. Grow rooms running overhead irrigation, fogging humidifiers, or regular IPM spray programs expose wall-mounted electronics to moisture consistently. Cable entry points accommodate the RJ12 communication cables and power wiring that these modules use to connect back to the Hydro-X master controller, so you are not cutting holes or improvising cable management.

The enclosure allows easy access to the module's LCD display and button interface through the design of the housing, so operators can read status and make manual adjustments without opening or removing the cover. Installation is straightforward: seat the compatible controller inside, route cables through the provided openings, and close the enclosure.
