The Leizig Mounting Feet are an OEM accessory designed specifically for Leizig's commercial dehumidifier lineup. They allow a Leizig unit to be positioned freestanding on the floor — stable, level, and properly supported — without requiring overhead rigging, structural wall anchors, or custom fabrication.

Leizig builds its LG-series dehumidifiers to support four distinct installation orientations: ceiling-suspended (hoisted), wall-mounted, floor cabinet, and freestanding. The Mounting Feet are the hardware that makes the freestanding floor configuration a clean, purpose-built install rather than a field workaround. Using OEM feet keeps the unit within its designed load-distribution envelope and avoids voiding any installation-related warranty coverage.

Who Needs Them

Floor-standing placement makes sense in a few common facility scenarios: rooms where ceiling structure isn't rated for suspended equipment, facilities mid-build where permanent overhead mounting isn't finalized yet, or rooms where positioning the unit low and centrally delivers the best airflow coverage across the canopy.

Leizig's commercial lineup spans from 195 pints/day (LG195) up to 880 pints/day (LG880) — these are heavy, high-output units built for continuous duty in sealed flower rooms, multi-room cultivation facilities, and high-transpiration environments. Proper OEM mounting hardware matters at this scale. A commercial dehumidifier sitting on improvised feet is a stability and vibration problem; Leizig's own hardware is engineered to match the unit's footprint and weight distribution.

These feet are also the right call for operators who relocate equipment between rooms between cycles — floor-standing units are far easier to move than ceiling-hung or wall-anchored installations, and having the correct mounting hardware means the unit is correctly footed every time it's repositioned.

Installation and Compatibility

The Mounting Feet are designed for Leizig's LG-series commercial dehumidifiers and are sold as a discrete accessory (SKU 30900534). If you're specifying a new Leizig unit and intend to run it floor-standing from day one, order the mounting feet alongside the dehumidifier so the install is ready when the unit arrives.

Installation is straightforward — the feet attach to the base of the unit using the manufacturer's mounting points. No custom drilling, no field fabrication. The result is a level, stable freestanding configuration that keeps the unit's structural geometry correct and allows adequate floor clearance for airflow and condensate drainage routing.

Leizig units support RS485 (MODBUS) and remote dry contact for integration with commercial environmental controllers, and proper placement — whether floor, wall, or ceiling — directly affects how well the unit covers your humidity zones. For floor-standing installs, positioning and airflow path should be factored into where the feet ultimately land the unit relative to the canopy.
