The TrolMaster PCT-2 is a heavy-duty, commercially rated inline EC and temperature sensor built for the Aqua-X irrigation control platform. It mounts directly in your feed line or reservoir and delivers near-instantaneous readings to the Aqua-X master controller's LCD — giving operators continuous, logged visibility into nutrient solution strength and water temperature without interrupting flow.
The TrolMaster PCT-2 is a heavy-duty inline EC and temperature probe purpose-built for the Aqua-X family of irrigation controllers (NFS-1, NFS-2, and NFS-3). The single-cylinder electrode design mounts into standard 3/4" PVC tee fittings in an active feed line, or can be submerged directly in a reservoir or nutrient tank — whichever placement fits your system layout. It connects to the Aqua-X via the AMP-2 sensor board on NFS-1 builds, or the AMP-3 board on NFS-2, NFS-3, Green-X (GCS-1), and Tent-X (TCS-1) systems.
The probe is commercially rated — not a hobbyist-grade resistive sensor — which means it's designed to hold calibration and withstand the daily wet-environment stresses of a production facility. The 3.6-meter (approximately 12-foot) cable provides enough reach to route cleanly from a tee in the main feed trunk back to the sensor board without extension hacks.

The PCT-2 is compatible with the full Aqua-X line. On NFS-1 systems it connects via the AMP-2 sensor board. On NFS-2, NFS-3, Green-X (GCS-1), and Tent-X (TCS-1) systems it connects via the AMP-3 sensor board. It is not a standalone sensor — it requires one of these Aqua-X controller setups.

The PCT-2 is a dual-parameter sensor — it reads both electrical conductivity (EC) and water temperature from a single probe body through a single cable connection to the AMP-2 or AMP-3 board. No second sensor is needed for temperature.
