The Apera PH820 is a full-featured precision benchtop pH meter designed for laboratory and production environments that require certified-grade accuracy. The kit ships with the Swiss LabSen® 211 combination pH electrode — built with impact-resistant, bubble-free sensor tip geometry and a long-life reference system — plus a dedicated MP500 temperature probe, electrode arm, calibration buffer solutions, and AC power adapter. Everything needed to run accurate pH measurements out of the box is included.
At ±0.002 pH ±1 digit, the PH820 sits at the top tier of commercial benchtop meters. It reads pH and temperature simultaneously on a large backlit LCD, with on-screen icons that confirm reading stability and calibration status. The LabSen® 211 is a field-replaceable combination electrode. The PH820 platform also accepts ORP electrodes (sold separately) for redox/mV measurement mode, giving the meter a longer useful life as testing requirements evolve.
For consistent accuracy in an active mixing environment, calibrating at a minimum of once per day before use is standard practice.
