What the displayLINK Is

The displayLINK is Growlink's dedicated room-mounted display and control interface for the LINKS modular automation ecosystem. Where the LINKS HUB handles connectivity and the upstream LINKS modules handle climate, lighting, irrigation, and nutrient control, the displayLINK brings all of that data and control to the wall of the room itself — a fixed, purpose-built interface for growers and facility staff working on the floor.

It connects into the same LINKS architecture as every other module in the lineup: standard RJ-45 cabling back to the LINKS 8-Port HUB, powered over that same connection, and registered to Growlink OS automatically on first connection. No separate networking runs, no additional power supply for the display, no IT contractor required. It fits into the same plug-and-play setup philosophy that defines the entire LINKS product family.

Who It's Built For

Licensed cannabis and hemp operators running multi-room facilities who want room-level visibility without relying on a shared tablet, a personal phone, or a remote dashboard. Cultivation directors and head growers who want staff to be able to read room status, confirm active schedules, and flag issues without pulling out a device or leaving the room to find one.

It also fits single-room micro-license operations where a fixed, always-on display is cleaner and more reliable than any handheld alternative. If your team is already running LINKS hardware and Growlink OS, the displayLINK is the natural next piece — it doesn't add a new system to manage, it just makes the system you already have accessible from the room wall.

Facilities that are spec'ing new builds or retrofitting existing rooms should consider the displayLINK as part of the initial LINKS package rather than an afterthought. Planning the wall mount location during build-out is considerably easier than drilling after the fact.

How It Fits into a LINKS Build

The displayLINK occupies one of the eight device ports on the LINKS HUB, just like any other LINKS module. The HUB connects to Growlink OS over hardwired Ethernet or 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and the displayLINK receives its data stream and control signals from that same connection. Signal integrity is maintained up to 1,000 ft from the HUB, which means the display can be mounted anywhere in a standard commercial grow room without signal degradation.

Within Growlink OS, the displayLINK surfaces the same environment and equipment data available in the Growlink app — climate readings, lighting schedules, irrigation events, substrate status, and Copilot AI crop-steering alerts. Blueprint-based automation runs on the platform regardless of whether staff are watching the display, so the displayLINK is an observation and manual override interface, not the control logic itself.

For multi-room facilities, one displayLINK per room is the standard configuration. Each unit registers to its assigned room within Growlink OS, so what's shown on the wall reflects that room's data — not facility-wide averages or data from adjacent rooms.

Pre-Order Details and What to Expect

The displayLINK is currently available for pre-order through HSC. The deposit is fully refundable — it holds your place in the production queue and confirms allocation. The deposit is not applied toward the purchase price; it is simply a queue reservation that you can cancel at any time for a full refund.

Pre-order pricing is held below the general-availability price and is available only to operators who reserve units before general release. Once units ship, pre-order pricing closes and the product moves to standard retail through HSC's direct vendor account.
