Front Row Ag Part A is the calcium-and-nitrogen component of the Front Row Ag three-part dry soluble nutrient system (A / B / Bloom). The 14-0-8 NPK formula delivers the majority of its nitrogen as nitrate (13.5%), which minimizes ammoniacal uptake issues and keeps the salt index low — important in recirculating and high-frequency drip systems where ionic load accumulates quickly.
Part A carries all eight chelated micronutrients in the Front Row Ag program: iron (0.35%, chelated as EDTA and DTPA), manganese (0.10%, chelated), zinc (0.05%, chelated), copper (0.05%, chelated), boron (0.05%), and molybdenum (0.003%). Chelation via EDTA and EDDHA chemistry keeps these micronutrients plant-available across a wide pH range — critical in systems where pH drift is common. Part A is sized for commercial operations. The Ca:Mg ratio in the Part A / Part B combined program is held at an optimal 5:1 to 3:1. This ratio is deliberate: too much magnesium relative to calcium is a common antagonism point in high-frequency irrigation schedules. Humidity may change granule consistency but does not affect nutrient performance.
