What These End Caps Do

Faven's under-canopy LED bars are built with a fully sealed, one-piece housing — a design choice that enables the fixture's IP66 waterproof rating. IP66 indicates complete dust-tight construction and resistance to powerful water jets from any direction, the standard a commercial cannabis facility needs when fixtures are mounted inside an active canopy exposed to irrigation overspray, fogging systems, and IPM spray applications.

The rubber end caps are the sealing components fitted at both ends of the bar housing. They close off the enclosure and are a functional part of what keeps the internal aluminum infrastructure and electronics protected. If an end cap is missing, cracked, or compromised, the fixture's IP66 rating is no longer intact — which matters in rooms where direct water exposure is routine. These caps are the correct OEM replacement part to restore that seal.
