Voltage-matched 10 ft power cord for Faven R6 and R8 under-canopy LED installations.
The Faven 120V Power Cord 1.0 is the OEM-specified power cable for Faven R6 and R8 under-canopy LED bars, supplying 120V to the first fixture in a daisy-chain run. Each cord ships with an accessory dimming wire for 0-10V intensity control across the entire linked chain.
Every Faven under-canopy installation requires at least one voltage-matched power cord per bench to initiate the daisy chain. This is that cord for 120V circuits. It runs 10 feet (3 meters) from your wall or circuit outlet to the first R6 or R8 fixture in the row, establishing the power input point for the entire linked run. From there, extension cords carry power fixture-to-fixture down the bench. The cord is manufactured to Faven's specifications for the R Series, so connector fit and power delivery are correct out of the box — no adapters, no workarounds.
At 120V, Faven's daisy-chain system supports up to 10 R6 or R8 fixtures per circuit. If your bench run exceeds that count, a second power cord is required to start a new chain. The 10-foot length gives adequate reach from most standard circuit drops or outlet strips positioned above or beside the canopy level without excess slack cluttering the grow environment.
This cord is a required accessory for any commercial or licensed cultivation facility running Faven R6 or R8 under-canopy LED bars on 120V circuits. It is not included with the light fixtures themselves — Faven sells cords separately so facilities can configure cord count to their actual bench layout and circuit infrastructure rather than receiving excess hardware.
Operations on 240V or 277V circuits need the corresponding voltage-specific Faven power cord instead. The 120V version is appropriate for smaller facilities, individual tent or room setups, or facilities where 120V drops are the available infrastructure for under-canopy circuits. If you are unsure of your circuit voltage or daisy-chain requirements, coordinate with your electrician before ordering cord quantity.
Each 120V Power Cord 1.0 includes an accessory dimming wire. This wire interfaces with Faven's Mini Controller and integrates with any 0-10V control platform — including TrolMaster, Vivosun, Growlink, Argus, and others — to allow manual or programmatic intensity adjustment across the entire daisy-chained lighting run from a single control point.
The R6 and R8 bars can dim down to approximately 35–40% of maximum intensity via 0-10V signal. For production facilities, this matters: maintaining precise DLI targets during late flower, ramping intensity during propagation cycles, and coordinating under-canopy supplemental light with overhead fixture schedules all depend on having a properly wired dimming signal path. The included dimming wire ensures that path is available from the moment the cord is installed.
The standard planning formula for Faven R Series installations is straightforward: convert your bench length to inches and divide by 46 inches (the length of each R6 or R8 bar) to determine fixture count per row. Each bench requires at least one power cord regardless of fixture count. If your fixture count per circuit exceeds the 120V maximum of 10, plan for a second cord and a new chain.
For facilities running mixed bench configurations — some benches at 120V, others at 240V — cord type must match the circuit serving each bench. Keep a small stock of 120V cords on hand for any 120V-served zones or as replacements. Because Faven sells cords separately from fixtures, procurement planning should account for one cord minimum per bench or per circuit segment at the time of your fixture order. HSC can coordinate cord quantity alongside any R6 or R8 fixture order — contact us for a full accessory quote.

No. Faven sells power cords separately from fixtures. You need at least one power cord per bench or per circuit segment. Order cord quantity based on your bench count and circuit layout at the time you order fixtures.
No. This is a 120V-specific cord. Faven offers separate power cords for 240V and 277V circuits. Using the wrong voltage cord is a safety and compatibility issue — match the cord voltage to your circuit.
At 120V, Faven's daisy-chain system supports up to 10 R6 or R8 fixtures per circuit. If your bench run exceeds 10 fixtures, you will need a second power cord to start a new chain.
The included dimming wire carries the 0-10V control signal from your dimming controller (TrolMaster, Growlink, Argus, Vivosun, etc.) to the fixtures, allowing intensity adjustment across the entire daisy-chained run. You do not have to use it if you are running fixtures at fixed intensity, but it is required if you want programmatic or manual dimming control.
At minimum, one cord per bench to initiate the chain. If you have multiple rows on a bench and the total fixture count across rows exceeds 10 (the 120V limit), you will need additional cords. Plan your cord count based on total fixture count per circuit, not per physical row.
