The Calyx Cure technology, sized for the shelf. 100 bags per case, from one case to a hundred.
Calyx Home Cure is the stand-up pouch version of the Calyx Cure system — the same passive gas-permeation film that cures flower without burping or humidity packs, in retail sizes for personal and small-batch harvests. A non-CR double tactile zipper reseals securely to hold freshness, aroma and potency between opens. The 1/4 lb is one of six sizes running from 1/8 oz to 1/2 lb.
Every tier ships the same 1/4 lb Home Cure stand-up pouch, 100 bags per case. Larger runs carry a lower per-bag cost. Sign in to see your pricing and order online.
Home Cure is Calyx’s stand-up pouch line, built on the same passive gas-permeation cure technology as the commercial Calyx Cure Pro bags but sized for personal and small-batch harvests. Where the Pro line is a flat-bottom, side-gusset pouch made for 1, 5 and 10 lb commercial lots, Home Cure runs from 1/8 oz to 1/2 lb — the sizes a craft grower finishes in, and the sizes a retailer puts on a shelf.
The film does the curing. Rather than relying on someone to burp bags on a schedule or swap humidity packs, the pouch regulates its own internal atmosphere, venting excess CO₂ and holding moisture in the range where flower cures rather than degrades.
Three things are printed on the back panel of every Home Cure pouch, alongside the Calyx Containers mark and a QR code linking to directions:
Precise humidity control — maximise flavour and potency. The film holds internal moisture in the band where flower cures rather than dries out, without a humidity pack in the bag.
Advanced UV blockers — shield the harvest. Light degrades cannabinoids faster than almost anything else in storage; the opaque film keeps it off the flower.
Next-gen anti-static technology — protect trichomes. Static is what makes resin heads cling to the inside of a cheap bag. The anti-static layer bleeds off that charge so flower pours out with its trichomes still on it.
The front reads “Calyx Cure — Your ideal cure, in the bag”. It is the same Calyx Cure system as the commercial Pro pouches, in a retail stand-up format.
A quarter pound is a small-batch harvest. For a lot of home and craft grows that is a whole plant, which means the entire yield cures in one pouch and is never split across containers that behave differently.
Whichever size it is, the point of running one film system across the whole chain is that flower never moves into packaging that undoes the cure — not between the cure room and the shelf, and not between the shelf and the customer.
Most operations that carry both use the Pro line for bulk curing and Home Cure for what leaves the building. The cure technology is shared, so flower is not moved between incompatible environments at the point where it is most vulnerable — after the cure has stabilised and before it reaches a customer.
If your market requires child-resistant packaging for finished product, Home Cure is not the right format — its zipper is non-CR by design. The Calyx Dram line covers CR requirements, and we can spec both on one quote.

No. Home Cure uses the same passive gas-permeation film as the commercial Calyx Cure line, so the pouch regulates its own internal atmosphere through the cure. There is no burping schedule and no humidity pack to replace.
Same cure technology, different format and scale. Calyx Cure Pro is the flat-bottom, side-gusset commercial pouch in 1, 5 and 10 lb. Home Cure is a stand-up pouch in retail sizes from 1/8 oz to 1/2 lb, for personal and small-batch harvests and for retailers packaging finished flower.
No. Home Cure uses a non-CR double tactile zipper. If your market requires child-resistant packaging for finished product, use the Calyx Dram line instead — Home Cure is not certified CR.
