Continuous EC, pH, temp, and level monitoring — automated refills, data logging, and real-time alerts in one unit.
The Growlink batch tankLINK (GL-LINK-BATCH) is a dedicated nutrient tank monitoring and automation controller that tracks EC, pH, temperature, and tank level continuously, triggering automated refills and issuing alerts the moment any parameter drifts out of range. Built in the USA and integrated natively with Growlink OS, it replaces manual tank checks with sensor-driven, logged, and remotely visible data across your full cultivation operation.
The batch tankLINK is a purpose-built nutrient tank controller in Growlink's modular LINKS hardware line. It accepts a BNC-connected pH probe, a terminal-block EC and temperature probe, a 4–20 mA level sensor input, and an RJ-45 port for HUB communication — giving you four critical tank parameters in a single enclosure without patching together third-party monitors.
The unit operates at 24 VDC, powered from a 120 VAC / 15 A branch circuit through an internal power supply. The front-panel LCD with three navigation buttons lets you view live sensor readings, set high/low alarm thresholds for each parameter, and run probe calibration on-site. On-board memory stores up to 21,600 data points per sensor with graphical history visible directly on the LCD — before you even open the app.
For HUB-connected deployments, all data streams into Growlink OS in real time, where historical trends, crop-phase overlays, and multi-room tank comparisons are available in the dashboard. The unit can also operate as a stand-alone Wi-Fi-connected controller when a HUB is not present in the network segment.
The batch tankLINK is designed for licensed cannabis and hemp cultivators who are running batch-mixed nutrient programs at scale — multi-tank indoor facilities, large-format greenhouses, and any operation where a single dry tank or out-of-spec EC reading can affect an entire zone's feeding event.
Facilities that already use Growlink OS for climate, lighting, or irrigation control get the most out of this unit: tank data feeds directly into the same platform alongside canopyLINK environmental readings and valveLINK irrigation logs, giving the cultivation team a unified data record rather than siloed spreadsheets.
It is also a strong fit for premium craft operators running tight nutrient recipes across multiple growth phases. The configurable high/low threshold alerts and continuous data logging create the audit trail needed for SOPs, compliance documentation, and recipe refinement — without requiring a dedicated cultivation technician to be physically present at the tank.
Automated refill control: The 4–20 mA level sensor input allows the batch tankLINK to trigger fill valves or pumps automatically when tank volume drops below a set threshold. Dry-tank events — and the inconsistent feeding that follows — are effectively eliminated without a daily manual check.
High-accuracy sensor readings: pH accuracy is rated at ±0.02 pH with 0.01 pH resolution. EC range spans 0–7,000 µS, with accuracy of ±20 µS below 2,000 µS and ±50 µS above — sufficient precision for both vegetative and late-flower nutrient windows. Temperature sensor accuracy is ±2°C (3.6°F) with 0.02°F resolution.
Real-time deviation alerts: Each parameter has independently configurable high and low setpoints. When any reading crosses a threshold, the unit triggers an on-screen alert and — when HUB-connected — pushes notifications through the Growlink mobile app. Response time for pH probe is 95% stabilization in one second.
Growlink Copilot integration: When paired with a Growlink HUB, the batch tankLINK feeds tank-level and solution-quality data into Growlink Copilot alongside canopyLINK and valveLINK data streams, enabling closed-loop crop steering automation from a single software interface.
The batch tankLINK is part of Growlink's LINKS modular ecosystem — purpose-built devices that each handle one job and communicate through a central HUB. A single HUB supports up to eight LINKS devices, meaning a multi-room facility can run climate (enviroLINK), canopy sensing (canopyLINK), irrigation valve control (valveLINK), and batch tank monitoring (batch tankLINK) through one Growlink OS instance.
For new builds or retrofits adding automated fertigation, the batch tankLINK is typically deployed alongside the valveLINK 8-channel irrigation controller and the Growlink LINKS Batch Tank Bundle — which includes the HUB, batch tankLINK, and valveLINK with all sensors in a single kit. HSC can spec the right combination for your room count, tank configuration, and existing Growlink infrastructure.
The enclosure is rated for operating environments up to 122°F (50°C) and up to 75% RH non-condensing — covering the ambient conditions in most sealed grow rooms and greenhouse headspaces. Made in the USA.

No — it can operate as a stand-alone Wi-Fi-connected controller. However, HUB connectivity is required to stream data into Growlink OS, access the full dashboard, use Growlink Copilot automation, and receive mobile app push alerts. For commercial deployments, HUB integration is strongly recommended. Note that the HUB must be registered in the Growlink App before additional LINKS devices are added.
The standard batch tankLINK kit includes a pH probe, EC probe, temperature probe, power supply, mounting kit, RJ-45 cable, and mini screwdriver. The level sensor is sold separately — the unit provides a 4–20 mA Molex input to accept a compatible level sensor. The Growlink LINKS Batch Tank Bundle includes the full system with valveLINK and all sensors.
The pH probe is rated at ±0.02 pH accuracy with 0.01 pH resolution — precise enough to hold recipes within tight vegetative and late-flower windows. EC accuracy is ±20 µS below 2,000 µS and ±50 µS above 2,000 µS, across a 0–7,000 µS range. Both probes require on-site calibration via the unit's LCD menu before first use.
The batch tankLINK monitors tank levels and solution parameters and can initiate automated refill sequences based on level sensor thresholds. For full valve-driven irrigation and dosing automation, it is typically paired with the Growlink valveLINK 8-channel irrigation controller, which handles the physical valve outputs. Contact HSC to spec the right combination for your system.
The batch tankLINK is a native LINKS ecosystem device. Once registered through the Growlink App and connected to an existing HUB, it appears in your Growlink OS dashboard alongside any other LINKS devices — enviroLINK, canopyLINK, valveLINK — without any third-party integration or middleware. A single HUB supports up to eight LINKS devices.
