Air-powered 2-part foaming system pre-calibrated for full-room sanitation between runs.
The Athena Reset Foamer (CL-FOAM2-50) is a purpose-built, compressed-air foaming unit that simultaneously draws from two chemical concentrate tanks and applies a fan-pattern foam coat to floors, walls, benches, and equipment. Designed exclusively for use with Athena Reset (EPA-registered PAA antimicrobial) and Athena Perafoam, it removes biofilm, bacteria, slime, and algae from hard surfaces with minimal operator chemical contact.
The Reset Foamer is the application hardware component of Athena's Clean Line — a sanitation system engineered specifically for licensed cultivation and production facilities. Where most grow operations rely on manual spray bottles or pump sprayers, this unit mechanizes the between-run room reset with a compressed-air-powered foam wand on a 50-foot hose, reaching every corner of a flower or veg room from a single cart position.
The system draws simultaneously from two concentrate jugs — one for Athena Reset (a peroxyacetic acid-based EPA-registered antimicrobial) and one for Athena Perafoam — and mixes them on the fly at a factory pre-set dilution of 1 oz per gallon. The result is a dense foam that clings to vertical surfaces, benches, drain pans, and equipment long enough for meaningful contact time rather than sheeting off immediately the way a liquid spray does.
Foam consistency (wet to dry) is adjustable at the wand, giving the operator control over cling time depending on the surface type. The unit is powered entirely by compressed air — no electrical connection required at the point of use.
This system is designed for multi-room licensed cannabis and hemp operations running structured SOPs between harvest cycles. If your facility runs overlapping flower rooms, a single foamer covers the reset on each room in sequence. The 50-foot hose reach means you're not moving the cart mid-room, and the 15-gallon onboard water tank supports a full room coating without stopping to refill.
Operators who run high-frequency irrigation in coco or rockwool — where drip emitters and manifolds accumulate biofilm and scale over a full cycle — benefit directly from pairing the foamer with the Clean Line chemistry. It is equally suited to hydroponic systems with reservoirs, wet walls, drain-to-waste table surfaces, and hard non-porous grow room infrastructure.
This is not a spot-treatment tool. It is a full-room reset system and works best as part of a documented room turnover SOP, applied after harvest strip-down and before the next propagation run. PPE (gloves, eye/face protection) is required whenever operating the system — the chemicals it delivers are industrial-grade antimicrobials.
The foamer draws from two concentrated product tanks simultaneously, mixing Athena Reset and Athena Perafoam on the fly at a pre-set dilution rate of 1 oz per gallon — no manual measuring, no guesswork, no operator variability in mix strength. The hinged back plate provides tool-free access to internal components, and the pump is a quick-change design for fast field replacement without downtime.
The compressed air requirement is 50 psi at 5–10 SCFM (141–283 L/min), which is within range for most facility compressors already supporting pneumatic tools or irrigation systems. The liquid temperature operating range is 40–100°F (4.4–37°C). Air supplied to the unit must be filtered, clean, and dry — moisture in the air line will degrade pump performance over time. An inline air dryer is recommended if your compressor runs in a humid environment.
The fan-pattern spray tip delivers even surface coverage across large floor and wall areas. Recommended dwell time after foam application is 30–60 minutes before rinse or dry. The foamer is intended for use exclusively with Athena Reset and Athena Perafoam — not general-purpose with arbitrary chemistry.
For multi-room MSO facilities and single-site licensed operators alike, the Reset Foamer is the mechanical piece that enables the Athena Room Reset SOP to run consistently at scale. Rather than leaving sanitation thoroughness dependent on individual employees' judgment about spray coverage and dwell time, the foaming system standardizes application: same dilution rate, same fan pattern, same coverage every room, every reset.
The cart-mounted design with swivel casters is built for movement between rooms in a production facility. The 15-gallon onboard water tank and 50-foot hose handle a standard-size flower room from a central position — reducing the physical footprint of the setup in the room and keeping the operator further from the chemical application zone. Facilities tracking compliance documentation for state sanitation requirements will find the calibrated, pre-set system easier to log in SOPs than variable manual application.
HSC carries the full Athena Clean Line alongside the foamer. If you're building out or refreshing a sanitation program across multiple rooms, contact us about coordinating Athena Reset and Perafoam chemistry alongside the hardware.

The unit is pre-calibrated specifically for Athena Reset and Athena Perafoam and is intended for use with those two products only. Using alternative chemistry risks incompatibility with the pump seals and metering tips, and would take the system outside its calibrated dilution rate. Athena's documentation is explicit on this point.
The foamer requires 50 psi of compressed air at 5–10 SCFM (141–283 L/min). Air must be filtered, clean, and dry — do not use an air lubricator inline, and if your facility air has moisture content, install an air dryer before the unit to protect the pump.
Recommended dwell time after applying foam is 30–60 minutes. The foam consistency is adjustable between wet and dry at the wand — a drier foam clings longer to vertical surfaces. Refer to Athena's Room Reset SOP for the full step-by-step protocol.
Yes. The foamer is cart-mounted with swivel casters for movement between rooms. The 15-gallon onboard water tank and 50-foot hose are sized for full coverage of a standard-size flower room from a central position. Multi-room operations typically use one unit sequentially across rooms during a harvest reset cycle.
Athena requires full PPE when operating the foamer, including gloves and eye/face protection at minimum. Athena Reset is a hazardous peroxyacetic acid (PAA) chemical — always follow the SDS and all instructions before use. The foaming system reduces direct chemical contact compared to manual spray application, but PPE is still required.
