Pure reverse osmosis water has very low mineral content and an unstable chemical structure. Without a buffer, RO water can trap or lock out nutrients as they are introduced, causing uneven uptake and requiring constant pH correction after mixing. Athena Balance adds just enough potassium silicate to stabilize that structure, creating a more homogeneous solution and significantly reducing post-mix pH adjustment needs.
Any licensed indoor cultivation operation running RO water as its primary irrigation source will see a direct benefit.
