The Growlink 4-Channel lightLINK (GL-LINK-LIGHT4) delivers independent 0–10V analog dimming across four discrete lighting zones, managing up to 50 dimmable fixtures per channel. What It Is

The Growlink 4-Channel lightLINK is an analog lighting zone controller built for commercial and advanced cultivation environments. It is part of the Growlink LINKS ecosystem — a modular hardware platform that centralizes lighting, climate, irrigation, and nutrient control under a single Growlink OS interface.

Each of the four outputs delivers a 0–10V analog signal independently, meaning zone one can run at 50% intensity while zones two through four run at 100%, or any other combination. The signal is compatible with any fixture or ballast driver that accepts a standard 0–10V dimming input — including dimmable LED drivers and dimmable HPS ballasts widely used in licensed cannabis and greenhouse production.

The unit is powered at 24V DC through the LINKS HUB connection and is made in the USA. Wall mounting hardware is included; an optional DIN rail mounting kit is available separately for facilities building out structured electrical panels or control enclosures.

Each channel outputs up to 0.125 mA, with a combined system maximum of 0.5A — sizing that covers ballast dimming signals, variable speed drives, and other analog voltage-controlled devices beyond fixtures alone.

Integration with Growlink OS enables automation that manual dimming cannot match: scheduled photoperiod changes, automated sunrise and sunset intensity ramping, and crop-cycle lighting recipes applied consistently across every zone every day. Remote access through the Growlink app means a facility manager can adjust or monitor all four zones without being on-site.

The enclosure is built for demanding grow environments — high humidity, dust, and temperature swings common in licensed production facilities. Optional DIN rail mounting supports clean, modular panel builds, while the included wall hardware keeps installation straightforward for operations that don't require panel integration.

How It Fits a Build

The lightLINK sits between your LINKS HUB and your fixtures. The HUB powers and communicates with the module; the four 0–10V output leads wire directly to the dimming input terminals on your fixture drivers or ballasts. One HUB supports up to eight LINKS devices total, so the lightLINK occupies one of those eight ports — leaving room for climate sensors, relay modules, valve controllers, and other LINKS hardware in the same ecosystem.

For facilities running fixtures with digital communication protocols (rather than 0–10V analog), Growlink's digital lightLINK module handles that side of the stack. The two can coexist on the same HUB, making it practical to automate a facility running both analog-dimmed HPS rooms and digitally-controlled LED rooms from one Growlink OS instance.

Does the 4-Channel lightLINK work with my existing dimmable LED or HPS fixtures?

Yes, provided your fixtures or ballast drivers accept a standard 0–10V analog dimming signal. This covers the majority of commercial dimmable LED drivers and dimmable HPS ballasts on the market. If your fixtures use a digital protocol (such as proprietary RS-485 or RJ-12 control), Growlink's digital lightLINK module is the correct unit for that application — the two can coexist on the same LINKS HUB.

Is the Growlink LINKS HUB included, or does it need to be purchased separately?

The LINKS HUB is required to operate the lightLINK and is sold separately. The HUB supports up to eight LINKS devices total. If you are building out a new Growlink system, HSC can quote the HUB and any additional LINKS modules together — contact us to spec the full configuration for your facility.

How many fixtures can one lightLINK module control?

Can I run different lighting schedules or intensities in each of the four zones simultaneously?

Yes. The four channels are fully independent. Through Growlink OS, you can assign separate photoperiod schedules, intensity levels, and sunrise/sunset ramp profiles to each zone. Veg and bloom rooms, for example, can operate on completely different programs managed from the same interface.

Can I add more than four zones of 0–10V lighting control to one Growlink system?

Yes. Additional 4-Channel lightLINK modules can be connected to the same LINKS HUB (up to the HUB's eight-port limit). For facilities requiring more than eight total LINKS devices, Growlink's canopyLINK accessory can extend the system further.
