240V UCL Power Cord 10ft

OEM 240V power cord sized for Flexstar UCL under-canopy fixture runs.

The Flexstar 240V UCL Power Cord (10ft) is the matched power cable for Flexstar under-canopy LED fixtures operating on 240V service. Order the correct voltage cord for your facility's electrical infrastructure — mixing 120V and 240V cords is a wiring error with real consequences.

What This Cord Is

This is Flexstar's OEM 240V power cord for the UCL (Under-Canopy LED) fixture line. At 10 feet, it gives you workable slack when routing from a 240V panel circuit or PDU to the first fixture in a daisy-chain run — without forcing you to run extension cords or custom whips on a new installation.

The cord ships separately from fixture packs when you need additional cords for expanded runs, need a replacement, or are configuring a facility wired at 240V where the default 120V cord that may come bundled with a fixture pack is the wrong match. Flexstar's UCL fixtures accept 120V, 240V, and 277V input, so the power cord you specify must match your service voltage. This is the 240V variant.

Who Needs This Accessory

Commercial cannabis and hemp operators running Flexstar UCL fixtures in facilities wired at 240V are the primary buyer. If your grow room is fed by 240V circuits — common in commercial buildouts, warehouse conversions, and multi-tier vertical farms where electrical engineers design for higher-voltage efficiency — you need this cord, not the 120V version.

It's also the right pick when you're expanding an existing UCL installation. Flexstar's UCL fixtures support daisy-chaining up to 17 units per run from a single power input, which means a single power cord feeds a substantial strip of under-canopy coverage. If you're adding fixtures to an existing 240V chain or replacing a damaged cord, this is the direct replacement part.

Fitting Into a UCL Deployment

Flexstar UCL fixtures are designed for tight under-canopy placement — 45.6" long, 2.9" wide, IP66-rated, passively cooled, with a 120° beam angle that scatters light laterally through lower canopy layers where overhead fixtures can't reach. They dim via 0–10V over RJ11 and chain end-to-end with a quick-connect system.

The power cord is the only point where the daisy chain connects to your facility's electrical service. Getting that connection right — correct voltage, correct plug type for your receptacle, correct cord length for your panel-to-fixture distance — prevents rework on installation day. The 10ft length accommodates most overhead trough or vertical rack configurations without excess cord bundled in the canopy zone.

Ordering and Voltage Verification

Before ordering, confirm your circuit voltage with your facility's electrical plan or your electrician. Flexstar UCL fixtures are multi-voltage (120V–277V), but the power cord you order must match the outlet/receptacle at your panel or PDU — the fixture won't care, but plugging a 120V-configured cord into a 240V receptacle (or vice versa) is a wiring mismatch. If your facility runs 277V service, contact HSC for the correct cord variant.

HSC supplies Flexstar accessories nationally. Whether you're outfitting a single room or sourcing replacement cords across multiple licensed facilities, request a quote and we'll confirm availability and lead time through our direct Flexstar account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need one cord per fixture or one cord per daisy-chain run?

One cord per daisy-chain run. Flexstar UCL fixtures connect end-to-end and share a single power input — up to 17 fixtures can be chained from one cord. You only need an additional cord if you're starting a separate chain or if your run exceeds the 17-fixture limit.

What's the difference between the 120V and 240V cord?

The plug type is configured for the corresponding service voltage and receptacle standard. The fixture itself accepts 120V, 240V, and 277V, so the cord is the voltage-specific component. Order the cord that matches your facility's outlet/receptacle — do not mix voltage cords.

My facility runs 277V. Can I use this cord?

No. This cord is the 240V variant. Flexstar UCL fixtures do support 277V input, but you'll need the correct 277V-rated cord and plug for that service. Contact HSC and we can confirm the right accessory SKU for your electrical configuration.

Is this an OEM Flexstar cord or a third-party cable?

This is a Flexstar-branded accessory cord (SKU 10-010704-314), designed specifically for the UCL fixture line. Using OEM cords keeps your installation within Flexstar's specifications and preserves warranty coverage on the fixtures.

Can HSC supply these cords for a multi-facility order?

Yes. HSC serves licensed cannabis and hemp operators nationally and holds a direct account with Flexstar. Request a quote with your quantity and delivery location and we'll confirm pricing and lead time.
