Preserve quality from cure to consumer. Featuring Calyx Containers — data-backed curing technology and premium child-resistant packaging, designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA.
Cure Technology
Calyx Cure is a 9-layer, breathable Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) film that creates a self-regulating microclimate around your flower. It off-gasses excess CO2, moisture, and VOCs while the terpene-resistant film captures evaporated terpenes — allowing them to recondense and deeply permeate the flower matrix.
No burping. No humidity packs. Just fill, heat seal, and cure for 2–8 weeks. Independent testing by the Cannabis Research Coalition proves Calyx Cure outperforms the competition on every metric that matters: weight retention, terpene preservation, and cannabinoid conversion.
The most advanced cannabis pouch on the market. Nine precision-engineered layers create a self-balancing microclimate that protects your product from cure through consumer.
Fill it, seal it, forget it. Calyx Cure does the rest.
Bring flower to 10–12% moisture content (0.55–0.65 aw). Load the pouch 70–80% full for optimal headspace and microclimate formation.
Close the dual-track zipper for a firm tactile snap. Add a heat seal at the top tear notch for maximum potency lock-in. No burping or humidity packs needed.
Stash in a cool, dark spot at 60–65°F and 55–60% RH. Cure for 2–8 weeks. Check progress through the UV-blocking clear windows without opening.
Small-batch to mega-harvest. Flat-bottom, side-gusset pouches with dual-track zipper and heat-seal capability. Available in white and black.
Craft-level curing with professional consistency. Gas-permeable MAP film off-gasses CO2, excess moisture, and VOCs. Ideal for small-batch operations and premium SKUs.

Request a QuoteThe Cannabis Research Coalition conducted an 8-week curing study comparing Calyx Cure against Grove Bags and turkey bags using the "Peaches & Cream" strain at 60°F / 60% RH. Every critical metric was measured: moisture, water activity, terpenes, cannabinoids, chlorophyll, and trichome preservation.
Results: Starting with 100 lbs each, Calyx Cure gained 362.87 grams of moisture weight while Grove Bags lost 272g and turkey bags lost 295g. That translates to over $1,900 per 100 lbs in revenue difference at $3/gram.
Calyx Cure also achieved the highest decarboxylation rate (14.8% vs. 13.1% for Grove Bags) and showed statistically significant lower trichome degradation (p < 0.05) — meaning clearer, less-amber trichomes and better-preserved potency.

"The Calyx Cure closing technology is superior — the bag is more rigid, slightly thicker, and the double-lined closure can be pinched closed with one hand. Our curing room has never looked so vibrant and organized. It costs less and is more premium than the brand we were using before."
"After rigorous testing against other curing technologies, we've decided to go with Calyx Cure due to the ease of use and consistency provided during the curing process. The end result has been crucial in increasing productivity and producing a higher quality end product."
"After working extensively with both Calyx Cure and Terploc, the difference is clear — Calyx outperforms on every critical metric. We've seen a marked improvement in both visual appeal and aroma preservation with superior terpene retention and more stable humidity control."
"We've cured in every way — from garage drys, tent dry, jar cures, bag cures. Maintaining our procedures of a 2.5 week dry and minimum 1-month bag cure, Calyx Cure has knocked it out of the park. We've maintained more than ideal curing conditions without the need to open and burp."
